will primarily focus on small to medium size businesses of one to thirty
million dollars in annual sales, and the executive, retail and professional
community consisting predominantly of business owners and executives,
doctors, attorneys, accountants and dentists. |

support each of the communities in which we are located with vigor and

We will
endeavor to be particularly effective in attracting commercial, short-term
loans, with an additional emphasis on consumer loans. We fully expect to
fund the bank with demand deposits, money market funds, NOW accounts,
savings accounts, and certificates of deposit. At no time will we ever
